The Thompson Property Group Story
What began in Nelson in the 1970s with a single property investment has grown into one of New Zealand’s most respected privately owned commercial property companies.
Founded by Gaire and Nanette Thompson, Thompson Property Group (TPG) was built on a vision of creating value through long-term investment and meaningful tenant partnerships.
Today, that vision continues through a dedicated team who manage and grow a diverse portfolio of more than 70 commercial properties nationwide. While our scale has expanded, our values remain the same: trust, stability, community connection, and tenant support.
