Three adjoining industrial structures comprise this property. The southern building features a half gable and flat roof warehouse facing Prosser Street, with a concrete block, two-level office situated toward the Mohuia Street frontage.

The two northern buildings consist of a pair of adjacent double gables. Offices are located at the front of the central gable, while internal office space is incorporated into the central portion of the northern gable.
