Two spacious bulk retail premises, currently occupied by Smiths City and T7,  initially built circa 1930-40’s for bus and tram storage and servicing, have been extensively renovated and expanded around 2001-2002. These buildings are situated on a 1.0797-hectare parcel of land within the northern section of Invercargill’s primary bulk retail precinct.
